Bending
Equipped with over 80 state-of-the-art profile bending machines, both manually operated and CNC-controlled, we handle a wide variety of cross-sections, including angles, tubes, hollow sections, solid rounds, solid squares, U-profiles, T-profiles, H-beams, rectangular tubes, RHS, CHS, and custom profiles. Our machines are continuously updated to meet evolving customer requirements, ensuring precision and efficiency in every project.
Milling
Our advanced 5-axis milling centres from CMS, Maka, and Mubea, combined with CAD/CAM software like Tebis, Alpha CAM, and Inventor, enable us to execute complex milling tasks with high precision. We can process dimensions up to 9500 x 1700 x 1000 mm, with larger sizes available upon request, ensuring versatility in handling various project specifications.
Heat treatment
With extensive experience in hardening and other heat treatments, we specialise in processing aluminium profiles up to 8 meters in length using specially designed convection furnaces. Our internal processes are meticulously monitored and documented, including tensile tests conducted in our laboratory, to ensure optimal material properties and quality assurance.
Welding
Our certified welding processes, including MIG/MAG and TIG/WIG, are approved according to EN1090 for execution classes EXC1, EXC2, and EXC3, as well as EN15085 for execution class CL1. We are also qualified to perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in accordance with EN ISO 9712 Level II, ensuring the highest standards of safety and integrity in our welded structures.
